Pretty much exactly as i expected; the 'body' Clockwork walks around in is just a remote controlled proxy. Looks like making her brain independently mobile would require something along the lines of a tank.

Making a large computer brain, like Clockwork's, able to move independently, would require wiring it into a vehicle at least as large as a tank.

Ah, that's what you meant.
A tank wouldn't be an optimal vehicle though.
She's actually perfectly mobile with how she is.
