I'm really loving your photo's. They aren't just the same old, they inspire emotion, something all good photos should do. For that, you're now on my watch list

I love how they look like they're just being washed away by the grass. I also really like the contrast between the grass and the actual cars. Beautiful shot. <3

Yes indeed I am sure there is a story. Finding it is a different matter. These cars are in a slough, barely visible from the road, if that is what you want to call the thing I was driving on. Because of tall grass, we would have driven by, if it were not for my nephew, who knew they were there. In order to get the shot, I heeded to be up high and have the correct angle of view. So I stood on the car trunk and roof, and my nephew slowly moved us into position. Thats is. Thats how i got the shot. Now how the cars got here in the first place...that would be a story.

Nice one Where did you find those? How come they're just lying around in the fields?

WayneBenedet In reply to GabrielWings [2007-10-18 21:15:58 +0000 UTC]
actually they are in a ditch or slough. I am not sure why they were left there, but there are a lot of old cars like this where I live.

hey kenneth,
I live on the prairies of Southern Manitoba Canada. The weather is fairly dry here, so things can be preserved for a long time.
Thanks for your support.

Nice one. I find it amazing how cars and equipment can sit so long without anyone wanting or enforcing their removal.
