Closeup of (N)Oliveroci's Ella (I think!)Edit: I just realized how similar Ella's pose is to Oliver, her dad's pose! Check it out Age wise in the photos, they're only a few weeks apart.

Mother cats chew off their kitten's whiskers? I never knew that!

I did check with a breeder, and she told me cat moms do this to prevent their kittens to wander too far off. Exactly how shorter whiskers affect kittens I don't know though.

It's actually perfectly normal for the mother to chew her kittens whiskers off. She does it because the whiskers tickle her on her stomach when the kittens get milk from her. So that's why^^
