Closeup of (N)Oliveroci's Ella (I think!)Edit: I just realized how similar Ella's pose is to Oliver, her dad's pose! Check it out Age wise in the photos, they're only a few weeks apart.

I did check with a breeder, and she told me cat moms do this to prevent their kittens to wander too far off. Exactly how shorter whiskers affect kittens I don't know though.

An adorable picture!
The mother cat sometimes chews off kitten's whiskers if they're being too adventurous. It's a way to keep them from getting into trouble.

Ha! That is very interesting XD Perhaps, since kittens/cats feel and smell with their whiskers to some extent, it limits them. If you don't know where you're going, then it's better to not go there! XD
