Description
A strange misty shadowing of the tree-line on Flat Lake near Armstrong, Ontario as the sun came up last month.It gave the sunrise an odd almost three dimensional appearance.

Wow - that's an amazing phenomenon. Great capture - if I see anything like that I usually scrabble around trying to get a shot just to record the thing itself (which doesn't usually work!) - you manage to make a piece of beautiful art out of it. That's what I call having your wits about you!

It looks like you've captured the soul of the trees in this one. Quite impressive! Is this strictly mist or is there smoke from a fire in there too? Just curious because it's low (above the lake) and it's high (above the trees) but it's not everywhere!
