This one is pretty dark, I hope folks can see everything.An attempt at moody coloring of the piece in which our ever fastidious satellite, locks away its plaything at the close of the day.

Well, in the episode I' Mudd, evil android did try to tempt Uhura into betraying her shipmates with the promise of eternal beauty.Β
In the episode, she only played along with their offer as a ruse to eventually give KirkΒ and everyone the upper hand. She was probably turned off by the idea of having her brain physically scooped out, and dropped into a robot body. With Benefactor rejuvenation, she gets to keep her own beautiful body intact.
Of course, the price for the procedure is fairly steep.

For the design, it could be a regular uniform many sizes smaller than hers. Or the federation used cheap materials that make it shrink when washed so Nomad only needs to wet the damsels.
