well it was afcourse unavoidable!I see a lot off fags that make Zangetsu's really short, mine is the full 1,60 meters!!!!!!
For the people that dont know what Zangetsu is, be embaressed and WATCH BLEACH!

Umm have to comment that your zangetsu is really short compared to Ichigo's since Ichigo's Zangetsu is 2,06 meter's

yes real seel and full size, weighed about 310 lbs. and sharpened cleaned and polished it total of 3-6 hours a day

well, icut it out of a plate off steel with an angle grinder....
If you want a cosplay one i sugest you make one out of something lighter
wood - paper - polystyren

Well i thought of that before, but selling my weapons proved a lot harder than i thought. Anyway, i lack a lot of time for weaponmaking and getting the groundmaterial isnt easy eiter.
