Nothing too special, just comparing Toriyama's DBZ Jeice with a Western style "Disney-ish" Jeice. Which one's your favourite?

Disney Jeice's face is not ugly enough to be a Disney male. Hooooooly crap, I don't know what it is about them and ugly men, but JEEEEZUS. It's like they thought Prince Eric was too handsome and just said to hell with it.

LOL! Ye gods, you are so right. Aladdin was pretty hot, but other than that...wtf, handsome princes? The whole gaping cleft in the chin and blinding white pearly teeth thing so does not work for me. I think when I attempt to draw 'western style' I'm more influenced by Dreamworks' animation style.

I find the ugly can actually be charted from the Disney Renaissance onward, as follows:
Prince Eric (The Little Mermaid) - too hot to trot, still following the rule of handsome princes of Disney classic.
Prince Alan (aka Tyrone, BatB) - too ugly for words
Aladdin - Trying to come back from the ugly shock that was Alan but just handsome enough where bagging a hottie princess would be believable. And then it just goes downhill from there. Tarzan is the only exception.

The Disney version looks really neat and awesome. But the original DBZ version is still the best.

I do love drawing him in western style for a change every now and again, but man, I will always be a sucker for original DBZ Jeice.

Definitely agree. I do love to mess around with different art styles and I have a fondness for Disney-esque style, but original Jeice is by far the best.

Agreed! I do like to muck around with styles, but when it comes down to it DBZJeice is my fav.
