Ah Jeice, you charm our socks off.
There really is no love lost between Salza and Jeice (or the Cooler Squad & Ginyu Force for that matter). I keep getting questions - possibly from the same anon - about Jeice and Salza being related. It was stated in an issue of Shonen Jump (and I think it's in the official Daizenshuu too) that Jeice is from a planet located in the same system as Salza's planet, Coola Planet No. 98 aka Planet Brench. Budokai Tenkaichi 3 stated Jeice and Salza are from the same race. Not sure where it says they're related, but I prefer to stick to the official Daizenshuu.

That's a fansub, not canon. I go by the offical Daizenshuu written by Toriyama.

I hear about them being cousins before TFS but people started talking more about it afterwards. They do look alike I have to say.

One of the older games stated they were from the same race, but the official DBZ canon Guide (Daizenshuu) states they're from different worlds which share the same solar system. Salza's from Cooler Planet 98, formerly Planet Brench, and Jeice is from a planet with two suns. So the cousins thing is just a rumour or TFS invention. ^^
