A wee pressie for *DeadlyChestnut I'm so sorry dude, I just couldn't resist!
The top character is Anamatsu, a very cute monster girl with a huge crush on Zarbon. I've been watching Card Captor Sakura and couldn't resist doing a Sakura-ish version of Anamatsu swooning over Frieza's right hand man.
