As a fellow wow, player. I think it's only fair if one of us "wow head" critiques. Your animation is fairly fluid, though, anyone who plays the game would complain it's still to "stiff" Murlocs are movers.
Still, that being said, your colors are spot on, your animation though limited is very good. All this little fish man is missing is a sound file. You either play. Or researched the character design heavily. My only "complaint, is the spines. Those tend to move ever so slightly. So the Murloc's back wouldn't look so wooden. Aside from that? I say you're well on to your way to creating 2-d World of Warcraft apps

This is amazing!
The only "complain" I have, is the fingers in the right hand. While everything else moves in three or more frames, the right hand has only two frames, wich makes it jump. It lacks the fluidity of the rest of the body.
The colors are awesome. I really like the blueish shading behind the left arm.
