Great work, nothing much to really say about this blissful piece other than it's interesting to look at its very detailed, it has an irregular shape but it flows it fits. The water looks natural and reflects well, I'm not sure how effective just having the water move is, maybe if almost everything was moving? That'd be the only way to top the currant piece. It's impractical as an everyday emotion, but as anything else its very pleasing to look at.
maybe the reflection of the sun is a little off but really who would notice? its a great piece great work.

a minor nitpick, but maybe you could put more emphasis on the sun's shine. you just made a pokeball animation and used glittering effect for it. try using this effect on the sun to give the impression of a strong sunshine.
