this is a Latios OC I made for both Pokemon and Kingdom Hearts. His Name is based off of the Latios I have in my SoulSilver Game.

Height: 5'07" (he's one foot shorter than the Average/Natural Latios)

Levitate-Allows the Pokemon to dodge Ground-types and have no affect by Arena Trap in the wild, also takes no Damage from Spikes.
Immunity-cannot be poisoned

a Latios that was made in the Labs of Radiant Garden 10 years ago as an Experiment to test and solve the Enigma of Inner-Dimension Travel (or how to travel to different Worlds and Universes by using Inner-Dimension Tunnels and Corridors), and how a Living Being can use Inner-Dimension Travel between Worlds Freely without any side-effects, unlike a Human. they generated one by using DNA samples that were collected by Probes that went to the Pokemon World and had trailed a Latios for such samples.

the Experiment--labeled as No. 64--was made with Success. however, the creature bonded with the Youngest Scientist in Radiant Garden: Ienzo. since No. 64 had no Latias Counterpart due to it being Generated in a Lab, its Heart made a Connection with Ienzo's, and Ienzo Became its Counterpart. Henceforth, No. 64 came into Ienzo's Possession, and the two were seemly inseparatable, both of them knowing where the other is and having Psychic Connections to each other through a faint Line of ESP.

No. 64--Nicknamed Lucas by Ienzo--is Quirky, but Docile. His temper can get out of control if something enrages him, but His Counterpart can calm him down. He can only have one Counterpart bond at a time, unless the Counterpart suddenly Disappears, and Lucas cannot locate his Counterpart through any means. he can be a bit childish at times, he inherited this from Ienzo.

When Radiant Garden began to fall to the Heartless, Lucas had escaped the Lab and tried to Locate Ienzo, but Could not find him through any means (ESP, searching the house/Castle, etc....), and had--for the first time--used a Inner-Dimensional Tunnel to escape to the Pokemon World. however, this had awakened a Distortion Creature that began to grow over the course of 10 years....

Lucas was Rediscovered by a 10 year old Pokemon Trainer by the name of Gwen, and Lucas saw and trusted Gwen the way he Trusted Ienzo, thus Lucas Made a Connection with his and Gwen's Heart the same way.

even though he has Gwen as a Counterpart currently, he's still looking for his original Counterpart...

Notes: Lucas can Understand Human Speech, and understand at least two different Languages (Japanese and Hindi, to be Specific), and--Oddly enough--he can learn and use Dark-type moves. Since he was Generated in a lab, Lucas's colors are different from that of a Normal Latios's Colors (According to Even's reports, Lucas's Colors were of an Accidental Result during the Incubation Process, where he accidentally mixed up some of the Color Genes. however, the Yellow Eyes are a genetic mutation, for some odd reason.)
