A bit of romance during these weird times!

Elkyon (Elkyon the Shapeshifter ) and Baelira (Twili OC: Baelira ) sharing a soft moment in one of the stories made with Anilede

Those two have been around each other for several years as Baelira was chosen to be the tax inspector of Elkyon since she was very dedicated to her work X'D Elkyon tried to seduce her (in very romantic and dramatic ways) to stop her from getting his precious money and artefacts. But eventually they truly fell in love with each other.

Long story short, this picture happens after Chancellor Yzei was rescued from the Interlopers (you can check the mini comics The Rescue - Page 1/10 and The Secret Visit - Page 1/8 for more context )

Alas Yzei is not doing so well and his condition is getting worse, making his friends worry a lot. Both Baelira and Elkyon have trouble dealing with it all, and one night the ex-interloper just gets drunk, trying to drown the sadness of the situation. Baelira drags him home to help and installs him on a couch, however the moment turns very emotional when they start speaking about what could happen in the future. Surprisingly, Elkyon gets some lucidity back and it allows him to open up to her and be honest with his feelings, hence the sentence: "You're so pretty..." Note: Elkyon's tattoos do mimic Baelira's colors a bit, like a chameleon would do. That's something he cannot really control but she's the only one it happens with.

I'm very slow with art recently, with a lot of projects and work ahead, but I'm so glad that I could finish this piece. They're a fun couple to work with and have been through a lot recently.
