I finally found out how to make frames with Paint Shop Pro. A couple of weeks after this I bough a new computer (Mac) and now I cannot use the PPS program anymore!
So I'll have to start to learn with Photoshop!!!

You know, this could very well be a notecard, it's so lovely. The yellow in the background matches perfectly with the yellow in the roses and the red is just perfect. The contrast and cropping is so well done, too! Excellent!
