As I lie on the soft warm sheetsYou stare into my eyes.
I can see that you want something.
You begin to strip me against my will.
I cover myself, trying to hide from your selfish wondering eyes
Pulling my arms away from me and spreading my legs
I struggle to stay covered
I plead against your desires and actions
โNo! Stop! Please let me go!โ I cry out hoping you will listen
It does no good and I pray that this nightmare will end soon
I try to imagine being somewhere else more pleasant
But you are still right in front of me staring at me, grinning
You lift yourself off of me
So I take this chance to escape
But you quickly grasp my wrist and throw me back onto the bed
Tears stream down my face as you mount on top of me again
How could someone who is so in love with another
Do something so cruel?
I never want to see you again
Afraid to look into your cruel eyes and remember
Love and lust can get so entangled with eachother
You never know which feeling will take over next

I'm a masochist, and I hated being raped. It's one thing to enjoy S&M consensually, and something else completely to violate someone against their will. Rape is terrible. The body might respond to rape by getting aroused, but the mind hates it. Masochist or not, nobody likes it or deserves it or wants it.

I'm glad you got your feelings out.
Putting it into this poem really showed it.
I just can't believe there are people out there that would do that. Especially, when that person loves you dearly.
I just hope when you said you had to get your feelings out, that this never happened to you.

This poem is.... well, beautifully written and VERY emotionally-charged. It made me stop and think, as the last part says, "How can someone who is in love with another do something so cruel?" It makes you wonder if we ourselves are completely mindful of our own feelings, emotions and, more importantly, urges.

I like this poem a lot. Its sad but its reality. I agree with you on the part about love and lust, two very strong emotions, and can sometimes be dangerous if the emotions take over your body. I am sorry this happened to you and I hope this never happens again.
