This kind of reminds me of Dean Winchester from Supernatural, only the hands look a bit older

Very expressive! Like the position of hands! The symbol of silence...wise silence. But raised eyebrows show some fear. Maybe the chatacter is afraid to betray a secret of the Universe...

as Mollinda said, your use of chiaroscuro is wonderful.
Puts me in mind of the original users of chiaroscuro technique; the Baroque masters themselves.
