I use Photoshop & After Effects make my animations.
I painted each frame in Photoshop, then animation with After Effects.

I should say! this is amazing. i love all of your stuff
but something about blinks. blinks are faster when they start than when they stop. muscles pull your eyes shut, but don't pull them back open. so your eyes close almost instantly but they open a little slower, because the muscles are relaxed.
