I think its a valid question. Really man we don't know how far reaching Garnet's future vision is and how accurate it is the farther she sees. Did she help greg knowing it would lead to steven's creation and do it anyway because she knew its what Rose would have wanted even if she knew she'd stop existing?
Or did she help greg because she saw he was genuinely trying to make Rose happy.
Or did she want Steven to be created because of the changes and ramifications of his existence would set great things in motion.
That last ones a little messed up but i think its a question that needs to be asked.

Yes, very true and it's comics like this that make me wonder about the events in "We Need To Talk" a lot and wonder a whole lot about Garnet. I was sort of exaggerating with my comic.
