Description

Another illustration of the Lagarfljót worm, or Icelandic worm monster. The worm is a lake cryptid purported to live in Lake Lagarfljót in eastern Iceland. This is the second to last image I will be send to NBC for consideration of use in an upcoming episode of the program “Caught on Camera”, with a theme of the unexplained.

The Wikipedia article on the worm monster describes it as a “many humps” type lake creature, so I’ve shown it here writhing through the water in an up and down motion, giving the impression of humps breaking the surface of the water.
