Her wings are a pain to vector...seriously, have you tried to make out her wings? at most 25% transparency, bearly visible AND they overlap.

Pen tool > Gradient with 25% transparency > Stroke > few minor detail corrections with pen tool = done

the problem is not how to draw them, the problem is makeing out their shape on screenshots. They overlaped and I couldn't see which line belonged to each wing.

Ah i understand the problem now. True they are bit overlapped and blurry on most screen caps.
