Yeah, when I was sewing my Shepherd Tail, my camera battery was empty^^"So there aren´t too many pictures, but I tried to draw a little bit and add some layouts.
If you use this tutorial, I would love to see your finished tails! :3
Oh, by the way, this should work just as fine for plushie tails^^

Hi, um I have a question. Would this also work with multiple tails? My fursona is a hybrid of a kitsune and an arctic fox so yea...

I think so.
Actually I have never made multiple tails for one suit, but the concept stays the same.
If you have like the full 9 tails of a kitsune, I would try not to make each tail too broad, though.

I haven't really planned anything new, most ideas come spontaneously when I see some nice fur colors in our fabrc store or when I try to use some leftover fur or when I decide to cosplay a certain character, so there's hardly anything you could help me with color schemes and such. Also, I hardly ever design characters especially for fursuits^^

This is what started my long hard journey of making a tail for the first time. I slightly modified the process, but its primarily the same thing. Since you've been asking to see the finished results of everyone else that commented, I'll send you a picture once it's done. It's about a third of the way done so far. ;3
