Funny how it's usually all the same: "highly toxic", "chemical waste", ... and all containers are corroded, cracked, etc. like this one.

Great picture, but what a sad one... When I look at it, I just think about all the toxic waste that have been lost in the nature (often volontary ). And this container does not look like beeing able to keep any dagerous waste inside.
