Description
Yep, Athena. For whom Athens is named.Goddess of Wisdom, Warfare (apparently moreso the tactical side of things, rather than straight up brawling) Inspiration, Morality, Courage, Maths, Law and Justice aaaand arts and crafts. She's a busy girl, apparently. Or was, I dunno.
Took a few liberties with her design, as usual, but I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out. Got that Corinthian Helmet and Hoplon deal going on, as well as a Chiton (or it may be a Peplos, they're pretty much interchangeable from what I can work out) Also got the whole Classical toe thing, which is... a thing. Eh, enjoy, anyway! I'm very happy with it, hopefully someone else will be!

This reminds me of her character design in Yu-Gi-Oh!.
She kicked butt in that game.

To be totally honest; I can't really see that much of a similarity. This was based (with a lot of artistic license) on real evidence and such. The Yu-gi-oh design (from what I've seen after a quick google) doesn't really bear much similarity to this beyond 'wears a dress, has a shield, carries aΒ pointy stick.'

Same logic.
I'm not saying that you took from someone else, I'm saying that your vision of Athena looks like a real warrior, as opposed to the usual depiction of her as an unarmed princess.

I didn't take it like that in the first place, but I probably could have worded my reply a bit better, to account for the lack of tone on the internet.
Although in actual fact; regarding the princess bit; the greater majority of art featuring Athena has her carrying a shield, spear and often wearing a helmet too. She sometimes has an owl with her as well. Athena's aspect doesn't really cover aspects of Royalty in any way, so I'm not sure where you've picked the princess thing up. That said, I wouldn't say she's a 'warrior' either, per-se (she's rarely depicted in armour, and the peplos/chiton that she wears is pretty impractical for fighting) but she does carry items that hint at her role as patron god of 'smart' fighters. In fact, if you see a statue of a woman with a Corinthian helmet, shield and spear, there's a fair chance that it's a statue of Athena. Or it could be Minerva; which is what the Romans referred to her as, she's still the same Goddess.

Saint Seiya/Knights of the Zodiac depicted her as a princessy goddess who hated weapons and taught her warriors to fight with just their armor, and I occasionally see an Athena design that was clearly influenced by Saint Seiya.
