Guess who got a new tablet?! For my first work, I knew I wanted to redo Kunzite, my first gemsona with a very special place in my heart. Their design hasn't changed that much, just a bit more simplified and with more accurate colouring. I didn't redraw the weapon because I couldn't be bothered, but I think I would keep the same design. All in all, I really like how this turned out, and I look forward to doing more works on my tablet from now on. Anyway, to the profile bit!

Brief Bio: Kunzite is a caring gem that admires strength in their superiors and in others. They care for gems of lesser rank (or a just plain scaredy cats) and tend to have a chivalrous nature. Basically, you can describe them as "the mum friend's slightly more casual older sister". They like to flirt with Pearls. Might be part of the reason they don't have one... *cough*

Past: They hate rebels, but not out of loyalty to the Diamonds. The planet Kunzite was made on was brutally destroyed by rebels. These rebels weren't like the Crystal Gems as they happily shattered any gem that got in their way. All of Kunzite's friends and every one they ever knew were shattered. If they were to meet a Rebel gem, no matter what the circumstance, Kunzite will fly to a rage and attack any rebels they can get their hands on.

Relationships with Fan Gems:
Brown Diamond (While Alive) - Kunzite was interested in meeting another Diamond other than their original four, but didn't do much other than act politely. What they were really interested was Brown Diamond's Pearl, Brown Pearl. Kunzite tried to put the moves in her, not realising they were making her uncomfortable. Brown Diamond quickly put a stop to it by ordering darkly "Stay away from my pearl." Kunzite neither at contempt for these. They were shocked and saddened by her shattering, but wasn't surprised by the actions of the "Rebel Scum". They can only wonder what happened to Brown Pearl afterwards...
