Yea but that'd be really hard. I say that Flies is impractical cause it could bend or break easily and it only has the two points that you could attack with.

I like it. Hound has to be my favorite. But I have to ask, have you ever read the Night Angels book series by Brent Weeks?

When I see weapon concepts, I tend to try to visualize a fighting style that would use such a weapon (with an imagination heavily tainted by anime).
As such, Griffin and Flies are difficult to place in a duel.
The hilt on the Griffin should be thicker, so the palm of the hand can support blocking with the blade without breaking fingers. I imagine it being wielded upside down (blade pointing down the forarm), but the weapons weilded like that tend to have the blade curving towards the forarm (the Griffin has the blade reversed; curving away from the forarm) which would make a stabbing attack a bit awkward.
Flies would be best seen in a torture room than active combat. However, if used in combat it would be a secondary weapon to a stout dagger or short sword. It doesn't have the strength to block attacks, but combined with poisons it would be an effective stealth weapon.
Scorpion looks like an ice axe of some type. A nice design for an alpine warrior for climbing mountains as well as combat. I imagine it being fast (like a dagger), but using wide, fast swings similar to an axe.
Superb detail and unique designs as usual, just remember that bladed weapons need a thicker hilt than the Griffin for suport (unless, perhaps, the weapon is a Katar type blade)

So how does Scorpion work, I mean Flies is a bit strange in design but being poisoned makes it useful. To me Scorpion looks like it would just get stuck in the body and be difficult to remove. If it is used to impale someone that is.

Yeah, very pretty. But, strictly speaking, Flies and Scorpion aren't really knives. The Scorpion, specifically, has more in common with War Hammers than knives.

How does the Flies work? It is actually composed of scalpel like blades, or it like a real fly, you keep poking at whoever and annoying them until they get frustrated and go somewhere else?
