Admit it... you can design things like these your whole life without risking they resemble eachother because, I can almost feel a different personality from each of your characters and your weapondesigns etc. You're designening a new world here. Great works!

I definitely like the Griffin design the best. The Scorpion one looks a tad weird to fight with (I'm guessing it stabs both ways?), but seems like an original concept.
