First monster encounter in June; the Manticore.I took the idea and twisted it a bit but the Lion and arrows/darts part is kept =]

Oh I like it! although I like more the idea of a Manticore with demon wings (like feather wings but black) anyways it's just a great piece of work like always ^-^

Once again... a stunning image Wen. You have a knack for slowing me down as I speed through my devwatch. It's just that your paintings aren't viewable in 5 seconds... could it be that you are uploading .gif images that have a transparent layer of spinning hypnotizing wheels beneath them? Nah... scratch that... it's quiet clearly the superb level of quality with which you paint. There are some very innovative techniques to how you've portrayed this manticore. Without a doubt, I think it could kick the ass of anything found in the new Dungeons and Dragons 4th edition Monster Manual. Keep up the killer work Wen. I'm proud to call myself a fan of your work.
