I will be attending Fanime con on the 28th of this month, in San Jose, California.I will be there all weekend and will be appearing in the panel on sunday, 1 pm, please check the program guide when you get it at fanime for more information such as the room we will have the panel in =]
I will not be selling any prints or commission at this year's fanime, but one way to obtain a free print or free sketch is to appear in the baau panel, a raffle ticket will be given to random lucky attendees =] it can be used to redeem prize later.
in the case of a free print, it will mostly likely be an 11X17 print, in the case of a sketch, it will be a free hand sketch not comparable to the details of a commission pencil drawing (I'm most lazy this year. XD

It's awesome! It's sharp, it's detailed. The only thing I dislike is the cloth, the fabrik. It looks too blurred and flat. But other than that, awesuuuuum <3

is it just me or does the style of the armor and swords not match the style of the body, hair, and cloth?

The way they are colored. The body and cloth and such seem to be more comprised of more somber tones that lean towards a more realistic look, where as the armor and the swords are so brightly colored and, well, unmatching next to the other colors that they look really cartoonish and less detailed than they really are. I've been looking around in your gallery and I see the same thing popping up here and there. I think that if you made a piece that was either all somber colors or all bright colors that it would be twice as amazing as what you are making now, which is kind of hard to imagine because your work is so cool already, lol. ^_^ anyways, just my two cents.

I'd be more concerned about the comp then colouring, his head seems very small and the converging lines generated by the swords and upper limbs accentuate this problem, also, cleanliness may be next to godliness,,, but did this guy just come out of the box ? it seems your trying to sell battle hardened warrior, but it falls short in translation.
Personal opinion no engagement and no intention to offend mere construction.

For me it's like his clothing and weapons are symbolic - he has a flaming sword on the side where red is prevalent on his clothing/style; and cold (electric?) on the side colored in a cold/electric fashion..
Um.. dunno if that makes sense :s
