THIS looks like a Cerberus. 3 heads bunched up at the front just doesnt seem very hell like to me...random spots are chaotic and more "you-dun-goofed-now!"-ish...

The head near the botton is so unfortunate, i don't want to imagine how disgusting it would be for that head when they take a s***. But i can imagine thigs like:
Head1: Hey! Head number 3!
Head3: What?

hmmm, true, true. fairly entersting. though the position of cerberus head has a specific purpose. it is a guardian, glocking the entrance to hades. so he has all three hands facing the front so he can maw any intruders with three times the force and ferocity.
