This piece is one of the larger reasons i got an account on here. My stuff can't compare, but it's a diff medium, diff style, diff goal. Ur work is amazing tho. Ur angels and demons colection is my favorite tho. Each one is so detailed, and beautiful....anyway this is prolly a bland comment because as i've read everyone says that.
What's it like knowing that hundreds of people like almost everything u make? What's it like having the ability to actually create the characters in your head. is it relieving. Do u still get that feeling that nothing u do is good enough, always frustrated that ur paintings aren't what u wanted? Or did u never know that stage?
Hope i'm not being to invasive. I sorta admire u and just got curious.

That armour detail is legendary. I wish there was stuff like this in the new dungeon crawler games (Champions of Norrath I and II). Same with the sword.

I just happen to be passing through and had a look around your gallery. I am absolutely floored by your overall body of work. I didn't want to leave without writing a comment on something!
I chose this image because I really like the way that you depicted the Arch-Angels. Most of the interpretations I see these days of angels are either super-hero types with wings or emasculated wimpy types with long flowing locks. You seem to have hit upon the right combination of appropriate body-type encapsulated within clothing and armor which perfectly compliment one another.
Obviously, you have the eye for detail, driven by your love for design. I enjoy the uncomplicated color scheme that you have utilized for Uriel. The way that the composition is asymetrical with the sword on the left is a great touch! I like how you have repeated the feathering motiff in the armor, particularlly in the arms and around the shoulders: even in the layering of the hair! That is so cool...
With a sword like that, who needs a scabbard! It's not even missed.
