● Personality: INFP-A ; Faf is very sweet and witty, but also quite mischievous and full of riddles. She's impish and playful, facetious and rarely serious. Though she might be upbeat and starry-eyed, she's also self conscious and insecure, especially over her skin, which is why she hides her face behind a mask and wears unusually baggy clothes. She usually hides this lack of confidence with sly jokes and a coy nature.
● History: (TW for transphobia) Faf was able to begin transition early (at only 10 years) due to relatively supportive and accepting parents. She was such a beautiful girl, had quite a few boys falling for her and her long brown hair and bright green eyes. She eventually ended up dating one of them. They were madly infatuated with each other, starting a relationship that went on for months. When the boy discovered his girl was transgender, he was maddened and disgusted, much to Faf's dismay. She had feared telling anyone her biological sex, and, after months of dating, it was far too jarring when her boyfriend found out. Of course he broke up with her, but that wasn't the end of it. It wasn't that simple. In his eyes, she had deceived him—she was disgusting—she deserved what was coming to her. The boy she once loved told everyone, his friends especially, who found it equally unacceptable—after all, they too had been under her "deceptive" spell. They got together and cornered Faf, tormenting her—calling her awful names and striking her. She was then dragged by her hair out to one of the boys' vehicle and thrown into the trunk, soon driven out of town where they unleashed on her further violence. She was deserted by them, abandoned and trapped within an old, empty building, which they soon set fire to.
To their knowledge, she didn't survive, and too afraid to return home after breaking out of that building, that's what Faf wanted. Injured, disoriented, and broken, she disappeared into the woods to forever be lost. When she became too weak to continue, she was discovered and rescued by a friendly teen runaway, who escorted her to a distant place where she would be safe.
