While "Mother Mae-eye" leaves no doubt that Starfire no doubt could do this (if she doesn't mind a boyfriend with brain damage), Robin is "allegedly" a human... that can jump *up* from one falling rock to another... So maybe he can train him tongue to do this, maybe...
I presume "Hot Monkey Sex" refers to the fact that she and Robin are, in fact, two completely different species.

No, irkens are bugs. The cocoon is just your general alien thing.
According to comic continuity, Tamaranean evolution is cat-based. Remember the episode where the Titans were turned to animals? Something like that actually happened in the comics, only it was a case of de-evolution. While the others turned to monkeys [like Robin did on the show], Starfire turned into a cat-thing.
