16 characters in one artwork. This took me too much time and strength to make, but I am satisfied with how this looks!
I was inspired to draw this artwork because, as I said before, the story of "Dance of the Vampires" musical happens a little after the events of Dracula, so it makes these stories pretty connected to each other. Also, the name of Van Helsing was mentioned in "Dance of the Vampires", what connects these stories even more.
Also, this artwork explains the reason why I didn't choose some characters, that have been used in Dracula concept, in Dance of the Vampires concept, because I didn't want to have double-Twilights or double-Sombras. Also, I assume that Dracula was visiting Krolock's vampire Ball before his death, and that brings a little sad mood, when you think about how Krolock reacted to one of his friend's death.. Or maybe they were rivals, who knows?

Gahh! This is so impressive! I love how all the characters look great together, you did an amazing job on this. I love how the castles are different and the red and blue sides. Everyone has their own expressions which helps show their personalities and are all drawn in different poses. There is so much work put into this and it was worth it!
It's like they're "star-crossed musicals", always meant to be

It was really hard to do all the characters completely different, especially with Dracula ones, because the story itself is more about the mystery than the characters. But I'm glad that it turned out as good as expected.
And it's really cool that these two are connected so much, it leaves so much for the imagination.^^

Very impressive. I'd lose my mind trying to put that many characters in one picture.
On a side note I finally got around to seeing Dance of the Vampires. I have to say it was both entertaining and frightening. Bit of a downer ending though, but it left so much to the imagination.

So you liked the musical? When I watched it in the theater I couldn't stop laughing when Chagal woke up as a vampire and when Herbert X Alfred scene occurred - my favorite moments ever.^^
Comparing to Dracula I liked the ending a lot.

It kept me wondering what happened to Abroniois after the end, and if Alfred returned to Krolock and lived at his castle for the rest of his new life along with Sarah, and if he and Sarah gave birth to a bunch of jewish vampires, who were not afraid of crosses for the next few generations.

Is it weird that I like the cast on the right a little bit more? I can't wait to see the musical, but unfortunately, I can't seem to find enough time for it. But I love the expressions so much! Characters played by Doctor Whooves and Flutters will be my favorites definitely :3

I think it's funny that most characters on the left are alicorns and most of the characters on the right are earth ponies; kinda feels like Dracula had slightly more difficult opponents than Von Krolock 
I also love the backgrounds, Krolocks epic castle and Dracula's castle (or is it a village? Not completely sure there

Dance of the Vampires characters feel more alive because they seem to have got into the sutuation of the whole vampire-thing more natural, than characters of Dracula. The whole Dracula thing is mostly based not on the characters, but the mystery of Dracula's character, when Dance of the Vampires successfully tries to show the differences between characters and their actions, so it's not such a surprise that you like Dance of the Vampires characters more than Dracula ones.
Okay, why do I need to show a village on Dracula's side if Krolock has a castle on his? That would make no sense, so of course it's a castle.
I kinda cheated on this part of the artwork by adding screenshots of their castles and putting a tiny filter on them, so they would fit a little more to the artwork. It was the last part of the artwork I did, and I was already sick working on it, and I had no wish and motivation to draw entire castles by myself, considering that I'm terrible at drawing buildings...
