Description
As well as the full sized steam and diesel locomotives, the centre also has a miniature gauge railway, run by volunteers and they own a good few of the engines.
To me, the face reminds me of Morph, the claymation character. I wonder if the locomotive still exists in 2014?

31/3/2014: It turns out, this is actually the Bluebell Railway. I thought it was Buckingham Railway Centre.
The locomotive is called "Sir David"
