Done! My payment for ~Shmickins 's commission is done, done, done!And I cannot stress to you how much this looks like complete and utter crap next to the original. I hate my scanner. Icki -- trust me, when you get this in the mail, you are gonna wonder how I survive with such a crummy scanner.
Here it is! Be amazed, because, yes, that is a background. No, it's not a very good one, but by my standards, anything is impressive.
And I LOVE using those colors. Pretty golds.

Amazingly done, lovely done! I like the way you mix colours, and how that the bg is in soft pencil, and the foreground hard. Makes a super effect.

I did, and it was a lovely background! You should be pleased, although i do know the perils of trying to do one of those all the dern time *grumbles* That's why I like the generic "paint splatters with vage hints at lighting direction" backgrounds *grin*
