Yes, but her hair seems to have gradually changed from brown to blonde over the course of the books. The doll's hair is blonde, and I based this off of the AG dolls.

It WAS originally brown. When Felicity's movie came out, the actress playing Elizabeth had blond hair and blue eyes, so they changed her doll and her description in the book to match.
