”Ah, don’t worry squirt, you’ll get used to it. It’s better for your back. Keeping it up in the right position.”

”I guess…” Thunder Strike sighed and looked at his new wheel chair.

Scootaloo finished cleaning up and put down the rag.

“Don’t think any less of yourself sugar.”

Thunder turned his head, tears already forming in his eyes.

“How can I not, look at me. I can’t even fly just because of my stupid legs.”

“Maybe so, but that doesn’t make you any less of a pony. Your just someone who needs a little bit more help. And that’s nothing to be ashamed off.” Scootaloo wiped his tears away and patted his head.

“You think so?”

”Of course, I used to feel the same way. But once I realized that, Nothing could stop me. And nothing can stop you too. Alright?

Thunder thought over the words. It was going to take some time but, maybe, maybe it could be ok. It did make his back feel better. Kinda.

“You know, what helped ME the most? Was finding friends who supported me.”

”I…I don’t have friends.”

”Well, then I guess it’s time to get some squirt!”

His first time fitting into his Wheelchair, he hates it for a few weeks but gets used to it. And finding some friends just might work. What about that son she heard about from Rainbow, yeah. Thunder remembers that kid.
