I want them to get Apolloβs phone so they can get the evidence, I have suspicions he raped other people before and they can find victims to testify against him so Zeus will have no choice but to punish him.

If that was the case I don't think Zeus would do anything since he's just as bad as Apollo if not worse, but Hera might do something.

I think that might change soon. Apollo is speaking badly about hades in jealousy he might do something to harm him, or like in the mythology heβll sleep with Poseidonβs daughter and get her pregnant which will piss him off. In the story itβs shown he loves his family so he might punish Apollo if it comes down to it.
