Description
Milhouse started getting a little lethargic on the 5th by the 6th he was really lethargic. Luckily we already had an appointment with the vet for a routine check up. Seems the little guy has a viral infection in his throat and is running a high fever. The vet sent us home with some antibiotics, but no fever reducers. I am going insane Milhouse has not drank anything on his own in two days (I have been using an eye dropper to give him water) nor has he eaten. Called the vet but no call back yet. poor guy just lays there and shakes.
Sigh poor baby kitty. Hate waiting for antibiotics to kick in!

Update:
Saturday the 9th little Milhouse started waking up and looking around. He still could not walk more than a few steps before laying down but he was trying. He would also eat and drink as long as I took him to his bowls another yay! Yesterday he was walking around like a drunk. This morning I woke up to a gray streak darting around the house, soon after I had a purr monster sitting on my shoulder! double YAY!! At the moment he is behind me on his personal jungle gym... my treadmill (it has a perfect view of the canary). So it is over! still some antibiotics to finish up and now he is fighting me not wanting to take it. (also a great sign)
