Seriously, I love this game so much. I remember watching my brother play the first Breath of Fire, then a few years later I watched a playthrough of III, and now I'm watching 4. They may seem like cookie cutter RPG's, but if you watch them you'll see the series has a really unique flavor and style with the music, atmosphere, art direction, and characters, especially in III and IV. In fact, a lot of the concept art and illustrations of the later games influenced me when I tried looking for an original style a few months back, so it feels nice to pay tribute to the game's ending. Also tried to mimic the bright, saturated colors in the game and artwork. I might have gone a little overboard.

(Let it be known that I love every character in BoF 3, but Rei is my fave even though his face is impossible to draw right).
