hey! I love your work and I was wondering if you could help me please... I make my own OC to, and right now I am making one magic winx transformation and I dont know how to put glitter on it, I am new at this, I use paint tool SAI but still I cant put glitter... Could you help me?

I don't use paint tool sai, but I use brush sets I can download and put in my program brush folder. I don't know if paint tool sai is the same. Sorry that I couldn't be more help to you.
