I just decided to do this to show how much she's grown and what the years have made her now. Also big thanks to , for doing that Crom Cruach/Barael-Be Prepared clip: I watched it the other night and saw images from the comic I had never seen before. I never knew Aisling had that leaf thing in her hair when she was young. I really want to see more, because I want to understand her even more.

The bright green leaf border represents how pure the forest was when Aisling was a baby. The yellow border is inspired by Tomm Moore's picture of Aisling's parents. The forest was golden and beautiful, so I thought I'd incorporate that in there. The darkness border represents the withering in the Place of Suffering and the Fall of the Tuatha. And the "less" bright green border, along with the trees and birds, shows that the forest has mostly healed itself, but is still unhealthy.

That's why Aisling has always had such a hard time. Also, notice how even when she's really young, she already was taking on what she would look like later(which is now). I bet Eriu looked like her when she was little too!
