NOT MY PHOTOSThis is the lil kitten i'm trying so hard to adopt ;_; She's SO sweet looking and is currently in a shelter in MA, about 30 miles from here. As far as I know there's 2 other people who sent in adoption forms for her <.< we're just waiting on the results. i THINK i should know by this weekend..
But yeah, this little ball of fuzz is the reason i'm hording money currently XD;;

Well, kitty was not destined to be with me in the end
I won't give the lame excuse that the adopter gave me, i was a bit crushed in the end.. But I'm leaving this pic up because I'm really happy about all the support I got from you guys 
I realize i have lots of friends from this site! and i think lots of you liked the coloration of this kitty too X3 so i shall leave it up for remembrance and refs!

There are types of hypoallergenic cats. The allergy is usually caused by the saliva on the cat's tongue when they lick themselves, but some produce less saliva than other cats.

Well all I know is I can't really stand any animal that shed and cats are the worse for me. I might not be allergic then...I just extremely bad allergies with animals that shed. O: Also I did not know that.

Well, I got my info from Animal Planet XD. This family wanted a cat, but they were allergic, so they tried a hypoallergenic cat for a week to see what would happen. Basically, the cat was on trial XD But they found out they weren't allergic to him, so they bought him.

oAo awesome. I think it's just the fur for me. If they shed on me just a lil my eyes get super puffy and red. Then my nose drips.

I have a cat that looks a bit like that, he's darker, but his mom and his mate looked rather like her. they're sweet cats.

Hope you get her! I got two 'saved' kitties myself. A turtleshell female kitten from an animal shelter and a pure black lil' boy my mother found on the streets, that nobody ever looked for. (we contacted the internet organisation that handles lost pets and reported having found him, nobody was looking and we never got a reply saying someone was)
They are like siblings.. meaning they argue a lot. It's fun.

same here, all three of our animals came from somewhere different: a kill shelter, the streets, and a crack house. It makes me feel so good every time I look into their sweet, happy faces that my family saved their lives.
