This is the prototype plush designed for Capcom of their Licker creature, featured in Resident Evil games.The design for the manufactured plush was based on the patterns developed for this prototype.
I think this one is a little bit harder to come by nowadays, as it was a limited edition only available for purchase through the traveling tour van that promoted the new Resident Evil game.
