I found a crazy plugin for PS a while back, AlienSkin. It's fairly sophisticated in that it can create random-hair-folicle-looking strokes in a selected area. The trick is making the area just the right shape. Certain patterns make it look cartooney. Soon as I saw this pattern, I tried to create a Marsupilami. I would have made sure the tail was long, 'cept I went away from it for a while and the free trial went up, so it became future filler. Bon appetite.

Hehe, yeah, it was supposed to be a cheetah at first, but it was just sooo cartooney. So it turned into Disney's Marsupilami in another deviation. People faved this version, so I just had to keep it.
