Description
This is a piece I did for the Halloween Season in 2011.

So, I'm not too proud to admit that every time I watch The Return of the Jedi I cry like a goddamn baby when Luke sees Anakin, Yoda, and Obi-Wan...you know...just like I have all my damn life. Poor Luke...everyone else is celebrating, and here he is having some bittersweet and lonely epiphany about how he's truly alone now. Oh well, it's triumphant and heartwarming, so I figured I'd recreate that pivotal scene with my furry bastardizations of the characters. At first, I was going to go with Sebastian Shaw Anakin, but then I thought about how a few of you guys are young Ani fans, so I went with Hayden Anakin instead just for you guys. Kept old ObiWanz though because I'd have to commit honorable suicide for drawing anything but Sir Alec with this scene.

Done completely with watercolor and acrylic paint on cold press watercolor paper. High referenced from movie stills.

All characters belong to George Lucas. Furry designs of Anakin and Obi-Wan are mine.
