This lends credit to the notion that any scene can be photographed beautifully - it just depends on the time of day / weather. That is a great aspect of photography - that it is incredibly hard to re-create a scene because so many variables come into play. The light here is great - nice and warm and it brings out the colour of the bricks (also offers a nice contrast from that deep blue sky). I also like how you've used the foreground structures to frame your main subject. Nice!
