The leader of the Helix Society, a militant, human supremacist movement that poisons society in the Colonies with anti-Felyan rhetoric. Chapters of his organization find the greatest level of freedom on colonies and orbital habitats where law and order is lax enough, manipulating governments to enact laws that ostracize Felyans and Hybrids, or limit human-Felyan interbreeding. Technically a terrorist organization, the Alliance does not have enough resources to quash Helix uprisings, while their presence is merely tolerated in the Second Imperium, with its more violent tendencies curtailed. The greatest threat they pose is towards space gypsy fleets, who, thankfully, find assistance in pirate fleets, which have become the only kingdom where their presence has been eradicated. But Father Muldoon is determined and patient, believing himself to be under divine mandate, his is a will to destroy all alien influence in mankind's domain, even if it takes him a million years.
