If you've been keeping up with our story, The Runaway, you've seen Kumiko "Frostbyte" Zero going face to face with a Vlissian seeker. This is my first time drawing a color pic of any Vlissian, and I think that I truly did it justice. I hope you all like it. Glow effects in Paint.Net are really difficult to do correctly.
